WINTER Maschinenbau supplies customized system solutions for plastic and PTFE processing in the form of plastic presses and RAM extruders for a variety of applications.

RAM extruders are used to produce endless thin and thick-walled hollow profiles and solid profiles using a continuous pressing and sintering process. The feed material is PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). This is inserted into an extrusion pipe, compression sintered and produced as continuous extruded material.

The machines feature a solid construction, user friendly operation, above-average productivity at maximum repeat accuracy of all set operating parameters, machine control units tailored to customer requirements and economical recording and setting of all important production parameters, including data protection of these parameters.
