System Solutions for Hydraulic Units

WINTER Maschinenbau supplies complete system solutions including consulting, project planning, production, assembly, commissioning and regular maintenance.

WINTER Maschinenbau plans and supplies the appropriate control units to set up electro-hydraulic control loops. After consultation with the customer, reliable and economical black box control units are designed for the relevant application. The final configuration of the units is based on customer requirements and our layouts after consultation with the customer.

The units are driven by proven internal geared wheel pumps or pressure and flow regulated radial or axial piston pumps with a low noise level and high efficiency.

The control is performed by valves that meet international ISO or Cetop standards depending on the customer's choice of manufacturer. These valves can be set up in a block design, with vertical or horizontal mounting on base plates or with individual pipework.

Compression ring connections, type EO/2-ERMETO, are used for the piping of the units, a pipe-sided screwing system with flexible gaskets and 24° cones, ISO 8434-1/DIN 2353 welded conical fittings or flanged connections.

On request, WINTER Maschinenbau can carry out the electrical installation of all electrically powered components using terminal boxes. All hydraulic units undergo thorough functional and quality tests prior to delivery.
